Privacy Policy
Effective and last updated: October 10, 2026. Contact: krishnaparth2825@gmail.com.
Vimore processes the prompts, media, account details, purchase status, and technical information needed to provide the features you choose. AI Movie and related cloud features may send the required input to contracted AI providers, including Seedance services and OpenAI GPT-based services. Vimore does not sell your personal information, use private user content for advertising profiles, or use your uploaded content to train a Vimore model. Face-containing media is subject to the specific 7-day limits in Section 6.
This summary is provided for convenience. The complete Policy below controls.
1. Scope and who is responsible
This Privacy Policy applies to the Vimore mobile application on iOS and Google Play Android, this developer website, and related support services (together, the “Service”). “Vimore,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the application provider identified on the applicable App Store or Google Play product page. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to krishnaparth2825@gmail.com.
This Policy explains what data Vimore processes, why it is processed, when it is disclosed, how long it is kept, and the controls available to you. Vimore’s Apple App Privacy and Google Play Data Safety disclosures are intended to match the practices described here. If a release changes those practices, we will update the store disclosures and this Policy.
2. Data we process
| Category | Examples | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Account and sign-in data | Provider user identifier, email or relay email, display name or profile image when shared, login token, account status, and sign-in provider. | Authenticate you, secure the account, restore access, and associate settings, entitlements, or cloud history with the correct account. |
| User content | Prompts, photos, images, videos, reference media, project settings, generation choices, temporary processing files, edits, and generated outputs that you submit or save. | Provide AI Movie, text-to-image, image-to-video, text-to-video, prompt assistance, previews, retries, saving, moderation, and support. |
| Media containing a face | A photo or video that you deliberately select may contain a visible face. Vimore does not independently create or retain a faceprint, biometric template, or facial-vector identity database. | Generate the image, video, animation, avatar-style result, or other creative transformation you request. |
| AI job data | Job identifier, selected model, prompt, generation parameters, output location, status, error code, safety signal, and retry information. | Route the request, return the result, recover failed jobs, enforce safety rules, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot errors. |
| Purchase information | Store, product identifier, transaction or purchase token, subscription status, renewal state, entitlement history, and refund or cancellation state. | Activate paid features, restore purchases, validate entitlement, prevent fraud, and provide purchase support. Vimore does not receive your full card or bank details. |
| Usage, device, and diagnostics | Feature interactions, app version, device model, operating system, language, crash information, performance events, security logs, and coarse region inferred from IP address. | Operate, secure, debug, and improve the Service; understand feature reliability; prevent fraud and abuse. |
| Support communications | Your email address, message, screenshots, order reference, generation identifier, or diagnostic details that you choose to provide. | Respond to questions, investigate a problem, and resolve support requests. |
Vimore does not need your precise location, contacts, health information, Apple Face ID enrollment data, or full payment-card details to provide its core creative tools. This developer website does not intentionally use advertising cookies or collect private app projects.
3. Photos, camera, and device permissions
Vimore requests access to protected device resources only when a related feature is used. Photo-library access lets you choose source media or save an output. Camera access, where offered, lets you capture new media. Where the operating system supports limited photo access, you may select only the items you want Vimore to see. You can change these permissions at any time in iOS or Android settings.
Granting photo or camera permission is not the same as agreeing to a cloud AI upload. Revoking a device permission prevents future device access but does not automatically delete content that you already chose to upload. Cloud-upload confirmation and deletion choices are described below.
4. AI processing and named providers
AI Movie, image-to-video, text-to-video, text-to-image, prompt assistance, and related creative features may use Vimore-controlled systems and contracted AI services. Depending on the feature you select:
- Seedance services: may receive the prompt, selected image or video, reference media, and generation settings required for AI Movie or another video-generation task.
- OpenAI GPT-based services: may receive prompts, text, request context, and only when required by a selected feature, media used for prompt understanding, text assistance, safety processing, or another generative function.
- Vimore-controlled API and cloud infrastructure: authenticates and routes the request, keeps limited job status and recovery information, and returns the result to the app.
Your confirmation before cloud upload
Before Vimore sends selected media or personal data to a cloud AI provider, the app presents a prominent disclosure identifying the categories of data to be sent, the receiving provider or provider category, and the purpose. The request is initiated only after you affirmatively continue. If you cancel or close the disclosure, Vimore does not initiate that upload or AI request. Device photo permission alone is not treated as consent to send media to an AI provider.
Purpose limitation
Vimore sends only the input and technical request data reasonably needed for the selected feature. AI providers process that data to generate and return the requested output, apply safety controls, prevent abuse, and operate the requested service. Vimore does not authorize a provider to use private prompts, uploaded media, Face Data, or generated projects for advertising, sale, data-broker disclosure, user profiling, or independent model training.
Vimore does not use uploaded photos, videos, prompts, Face Data, or generated content to train its own models or build a separate AI system. Provider privacy information is available from BytePlus and OpenAI.
Content you submit
Do not submit highly sensitive information, confidential material, or another person’s image, voice, or personal data unless you have the necessary rights, lawful basis, and permission. Inputs may be automatically analyzed to detect unsafe, illegal, or prohibited content.
5. Sign-in and authentication providers
Vimore may offer Sign in with Apple and Google sign-in on iOS. The Google Play Android version may offer Google and Facebook sign-in. When you choose one of these methods, the provider authenticates you and may send Vimore a provider-specific user identifier, email or relay email, display name, profile image, and authentication token, depending on your settings and the provider’s rules.
Vimore does not receive your Apple, Google, or Facebook password. Authentication tokens are used to keep you signed in and protect account access. Apple, Google, and Meta process information under their own privacy policies. Disconnecting a login provider may prevent future sign-in but does not automatically delete an existing Vimore account; use the deletion choices in Section 10.
6. Face Data and face-containing media
For this Policy, “Face Data” means face-related visual information visible in a photo or video that you deliberately select for a Vimore feature, together with temporary technical information needed to locate, align, preserve, animate, or transform the face for the requested creative effect.
Face Data does not include Apple Face ID enrollment data. Vimore does not independently extract or store faceprints, facial vectors, biometric templates, or biometric identifiers for authentication or identification.
What Vimore processes and why
AI Movie, image-to-video, animation, avatar-style effects, face-aware style transfer, and similar features may accept media containing a face. Vimore processes that media only to provide the visual output you request, maintain feature safety and reliability, prevent abuse, or investigate a specific support issue you submit.
Vimore does not perform facial recognition, identify a person, verify identity, build a face database, infer sensitive characteristics, or make decisions about employment, credit, insurance, health, eligibility, or legal status.
Where processing occurs and who receives it
- Vimore-controlled systems: encrypt and route the selected file, create the generation job, receive the result, and keep the limited temporary job information described in Section 9.
- AI providers: the selected media is sent only to the provider needed for the feature, principally Seedance services for video generation and OpenAI GPT-based services only where a GPT feature requires the relevant input.
- No advertising recipients: Vimore does not send Face Data or private project media to data brokers or advertising networks for advertising, attribution, analytics, or profiling.
Cloud storage and the 7-day third-party limit
Face-containing source media and temporary Face Data on Vimore-controlled cloud systems are deleted or de-identified after the generation workflow is completed and no later than 7 days after upload, unless a documented security incident, fraud investigation, valid legal request, or legal hold requires restricted retention for longer.
Third-party AI processors that receive Face Data are required to delete or de-identify the face-containing input, temporary copies, and related retrievable task files as soon as the requested service is complete and no later than 7 days after receipt. If a provider cannot meet this limit, Vimore will not use that provider to process Face Data.
Vimore does not maintain a long-term Face Data archive. Generated content that you deliberately save to your device or account follows the storage choice you make and is not treated as a temporary provider copy.
Sample content and your choices
Preloaded tutorials, example projects, and sample previews do not collect or upload media from your device unless you actively select your own media and start a feature. You may avoid Face Data processing by not selecting face-containing media. You may delete saved content where available or request deletion by emailing krishnaparth2825@gmail.com.
7. How and why we use data
- Perform the feature you request and deliver, save, restore, or synchronize the result.
- Authenticate accounts and maintain account, purchase, and subscription entitlements.
- Apply content-safety rules, investigate abuse, prevent fraud, and protect users and the Service.
- Diagnose crashes, failed generation jobs, and performance problems.
- Respond to support, privacy, purchase, and legal requests.
- Comply with applicable law, valid legal process, and Apple or Google Play platform requirements.
Where applicable law requires consent, Vimore asks before the relevant collection or disclosure. Processing may also be necessary to perform the service you request, comply with law, or support legitimate interests in security, fraud prevention, service reliability, and support, subject to applicable rights.
8. When data is disclosed
Vimore may disclose the minimum data reasonably necessary to:
- AI and infrastructure processors for generation, safety, hosting, storage, delivery, and support as described above.
- Apple, Google, and Meta for the sign-in or platform service you choose.
- Apple and Google Play for app distribution, native billing, receipt validation, subscription administration, refunds, fraud prevention, and platform compliance.
- Diagnostics and security providers for crash diagnosis, service reliability, fraud prevention, and abuse detection. These integrations are not authorized to receive private project contents unless needed to investigate a specific issue and disclosed to you.
- Professional advisers and authorities when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to valid legal process, or protect rights, property, and safety.
- A successor organization in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale, subject to appropriate confidentiality and continued protection.
Vimore does not sell personal information or private project content and does not disclose Face Data to data brokers. Service providers are required to use personal data only for the agreed purpose and to protect it consistently with this Policy and applicable law.
9. Storage, retention, deletion, and security
| Data | Retention approach |
|---|---|
| On-device projects | Remain on your device until you delete them, remove the app, or restore a device backup that contains them. |
| Face-containing uploads and Face Data | Deleted or de-identified from Vimore-controlled cloud systems and third-party AI processors no later than 7 days, subject only to the narrow exceptions in Section 6. |
| Other temporary AI inputs and outputs | Deleted or de-identified after the job completes or within 30 days. Content that you deliberately save to cloud history may remain until you delete it or the account. |
| Account profile and cloud history | Retained while the account is active. Following a verified deletion request, active-system copies are deleted or de-identified within 30 days, except for lawful retention. |
| Diagnostics and security records | Generally retained for up to 24 months and then deleted or aggregated, unless needed for an active security or fraud investigation. |
| Purchase and support records | Retained as needed to provide entitlements, resolve a request, prevent fraud, meet tax or accounting duties, or establish and defend legal claims. |
| Backups and legal holds | Residual backup copies are isolated from ordinary use and expire through normal rotation, generally within 90 days. A legal hold is restricted to the purpose and period that requires it. |
Vimore uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the data, including encrypted transport, access controls, restricted service credentials, and limits on processor access. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
10. Your choices, access, and deletion
You can manage photo and camera permissions in device settings, delete local projects in Vimore, delete saved cloud content where the feature provides that control, and manage subscriptions through the store that billed you.
Account deletion: where an in-app deletion control is available, use Vimore’s account or settings area. You may also request deletion by emailing krishnaparth2825@gmail.com. After verification, Vimore deletes the account profile, provider identifiers, cloud project metadata, and generation history from active Vimore-controlled systems within 30 days and sends deletion instructions to applicable processors where available and legally required.
Transaction identifiers, fraud-prevention records, support records, and records required by tax, accounting, legal process, or a legal hold may be retained only for the applicable purpose and period. Deleting the app or account does not delete projects saved only on another device and does not cancel an Apple or Google Play subscription.
To request access, correction, export, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or deletion, contact the email above. Include enough information to identify the account, generation, or support request without sending unnecessary sensitive media. We may verify the request and will respond within the period required by applicable law.
11. Subscriptions, cancellation, and Refund Policy
Vimore uses native store billing. Purchases made on iOS are processed by Apple In-App Purchase. Purchases made through the Google Play Android version are processed by Google Play Billing. Vimore receives transaction and entitlement information but not your full payment-card or bank details.
Automatic renewal and cancellation
Subscription terms, price, billing period, trial terms, and renewal information are shown in the purchase interface before confirmation. Subscriptions renew according to the store terms unless canceled through the same store. Deleting Vimore or a Vimore account does not cancel a subscription.
- Apple: manage or cancel through Apple Account Subscriptions.
- Google Play: manage or cancel through Google Play subscriptions.
Refund requests
- iOS purchases: submit a request through Apple Report a Problem. Apple determines eligibility under its refund rules and applicable law.
- Google Play purchases: use the Google Play refund request flow. Eligibility and timing depend on Google Play policy, purchase details, region, and applicable law.
- Developer support: contact krishnaparth2825@gmail.com with the store, approximate purchase date, order reference, and issue description. Vimore can troubleshoot entitlement problems, but a store-controlled refund is decided and issued through Apple or Google Play.
Approved refunds are returned through the original store and payment method, subject to store processing times. Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights.
12. Cloud infrastructure and international transfers
User content may be transmitted through Vimore-controlled back-end systems and contracted hosting, networking, content-delivery, security, authentication, payment, and AI-processing infrastructure. These systems may process data outside your country or region. Vimore does not promise that cloud processing remains in a single country.
Where required, Vimore uses contractual and organizational safeguards for international transfers. The in-app disclosure identifies the applicable AI provider or provider category before personal data is transmitted for cloud generation.
13. Regional privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to know or access personal data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion or portability, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, appeal a decision, or complain to a data-protection authority. Rights may be subject to identity verification and lawful exceptions. Submit requests through Section 10.
California and similar U.S. state laws: Vimore does not sell personal information and does not share private prompts, selected media, Face Data, or generated projects for cross-context behavioral advertising. Vimore will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
EEA, United Kingdom, and similar jurisdictions: where applicable, processing is based on performing the feature or contract you request, consent, legal obligations, or legitimate interests in security, fraud prevention, support, and service reliability. You may withdraw consent without affecting processing already completed.
14. Children
Vimore is not directed to children under 13, or a higher minimum age where local law requires it, without valid parental authorization. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child in violation of applicable law. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted data may contact us for review and deletion.
15. Security and automated decisions
Vimore applies safeguards designed to protect data in transit and at rest, restrict staff and service-provider access, and reduce unauthorized use. You are responsible for protecting device access and sign-in credentials. Vimore does not use Face Data or AI generation inputs to make high-impact automated decisions about employment, credit, insurance, housing, health, education, or legal rights.
16. Changes and contact
We may update this Policy to reflect new features, providers, retention configurations, storage locations, platform requirements, or law. We will change the date above and provide additional notice when a change is material. Questions, complaints, and privacy requests may be sent to krishnaparth2825@gmail.com.
