1. Eligibility and Accounts
You must be old enough to use Vimore under the laws of your location and the rules of the app store through which you access the app. You are responsible for the accuracy of account information and for activity under your account. Vimore may support Apple and Google login on iOS, and Google and Facebook login on Google Play Android.
2. AI Outputs
Vimore uses AI systems, including third-party model providers such as Seedance, GPT, and similar services, to generate images, videos, and creative outputs. AI outputs may be inaccurate, unexpected, similar to content generated for others, or unsuitable for a particular use. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing, sharing, or relying on them.
3. Your Content and Permissions
You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload prompts, photos, videos, likenesses, faces, logos, products, music, text, and other materials to Vimore. You grant Vimore a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, transform, and display your content solely to operate, secure, improve, and support the app and generate requested outputs.
4. Prohibited Uses
- Do not upload content that violates law, privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or platform rules.
- Do not create deceptive, harmful, abusive, sexual, exploitative, hateful, harassing, or illegal content.
- Do not impersonate others, create unauthorized deepfakes, or misrepresent AI-generated media as real when that would be deceptive or unlawful.
- Do not attempt to bypass safety systems, payment systems, usage limits, security controls, or model restrictions.
5. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid features may require a subscription or in-app purchase. On iOS, payments are processed by Apple. On Android, payments are processed by Google Play. Subscription terms, renewal, cancellation, taxes, price changes, trials, and refunds are governed by the applicable store rules and the offer presented at checkout.
6. Ownership
Subject to these Terms, our rights in Vimore, third-party rights, and applicable law, you may use outputs you generate for lawful personal or commercial purposes. You remain responsible for confirming that your use of inputs and outputs does not infringe others' rights or violate platform policies.
7. Service Changes and Availability
AI models, features, limits, pricing, and availability may change. We may suspend or restrict access if needed for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, maintenance, or platform requirements.
8. Disclaimers and Liability
Vimore is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vimore and its developers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or lost business.
